1. Cancellation Window
- An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund and Returns Policy after delivery.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, email us at support@webnucleous.in or call +91 84859 13182 with your order number and registered mobile number. You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. It may take 2–3 working days from the date of cancellation to reflect in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery orders (if available), no payment is collected, so no refund is required.
4. Cancellation by Webnucleous
We may cancel an order in case of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, incomplete address details, or suspected fraudulent activity. If this happens, you will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
